Re: Does MixCraft allow MIDI OFFSET adjustments?
My latency is actually fine…, I was just checking to see if MC had a “Midi Offset” adjustment. When just playing live with any VST.., the latency really doesn’t seem to be an issue. However, when recording, I noticed the midi data (even if my timing was great) was always falling slightly ahead of th...

Does MixCraft allow MIDI OFFSET adjustments?
Is there a MIDI OFFSET adjustment in MixCraft? I’d like to finely tune my controllers midi input for MixCraft.., I noticed on the piano roll my recorded notes are a bit more forward of the clock than I’d like. It’s not my timing either. For those who’ve never adjusted MIDI OFFSET.., some controllers...

SSD Preset drum patterns don’t match up in MixCraft.
When I drag in the preset drum patterns on to a track the length of the track doesn’t match in MixCraft. The drum pattern is an 8 bar pattern, but the midi data starts late, and runs over 8 bars. I’ve bounced between the BEATS and TIME setting, but it doesn’t match up.

Re: Mixcraft Suggestions!
Dropping that FREEZE sound would be great for those that use headphones a lot. One thing I’d really like to see is better visual layout when rendering tracks to audio. Once rendered, keep it to one single track “visually” instead of leaving the greyed out part too. It’s visually easier to manage, es...

Improving MixCraft CPU performance?
I was wondering if MixCraft had something like this. In Studio One 5 (under Preferences and the Service Tab), there are things you can disable to improve CPU performance within the DAW. I did this and saw a nearly 10% decrease in CPU for one of my heavier VST’s (Roland Zenology). Does MixCraft have ...

Re: Renaming Lanes in Mixcraft 9
I’m curious.., what are the benefits to setting up a Multitimbral VST this way outside of being able to name the tracks, and select different track colors? I use several Multitimbral VST’s.., one being Korg Triton. I typically set up lanes and assign the appropriate midi ch’s. I tried this suggestio...

Re: CPU tips or tips on using less computer memory/CPU etc?
Sounds to me like all you needed to do was simply optimize Windows for audio recording. One of the computers I have MC9 running on is a 7th Gen i7 with 12 gigs of RAM, and standard HD (2T). That computer runs MC9, Studio One 5, ZenBeats, Cakewalk, and Ableton with no problems. I even use some larger...

Re: Is Faderport Controller issue shelved until MixCraft 10?
It isn’t ProTools, its primary is PreSonus Studio One, but it has presets for other DAW’s. The preset for “Live” is the one reported to use with MixCraft.

Is Faderport Controller issue shelved until MixCraft 10?
Just curious.., is the issue of the PreSonus Faderport 1 not working properly in MixCraft 9 being shelved till MixCraft 10? I went and tested it on another laptop I have that has MixCraft 8 Pro, just to see if it’s an issue specific to 9 Pro. It’s unfortunately not and the same problems occur in 8 P...
