Re: What are your top 3 feature requests for Mixcraft 9?
Actually there's a fourth I really wanted and probably should have snuck in so here I am. Collaborative features. Avid has their cloud service where you can store a session and allow multiple people to add/edit it. Personally it would be helpful in my situation for the guys I play with to be able to...

Re: What are your top 3 feature requests for Mixcraft 9?
Hey guys, long time MC user.. My top 3 requests: 1) Improved I/O, input works fine for me now, but I would love to see each track/Submix have an output option as well instead of having to mess around with Output buses. It would make working with outboard gear so much easier. 2) The ability to drag a...

Keep them around -6 db, try not to go over that point. It leaves room for the Mastering Engineer room to do the magic they do

Mixcraft works with the onboard and a little presonus usb interface I have just not with the firewire devices... it's definitely a weird issue with the firewire/asio stack..

Re: Firewire nightmare
Ya it's ASIO mode and the Privacy settings are set correctly... I work in IT and I've checked all the usual suspects including changing the firewire driver to the legacy driver but all with the same result... It's so weird because the mixer apps work perfectly, but for some reason MC won't record ou...

I get a new loaded Alienware laptop, same chain, the mixer apps work perfectly, but for some reason Mixcraft...

Re: White noise in audio recordings?
I have the same issue, the mics I'm using pick up everything, what I end up doing is using Izotope's Voice De-Noise plugin (https://www.izotope.com/en/products/rep ... ments.html). I measure the noise in the room ahead of time and it completely removes it when I record vocals or acoustic guitars etc...

Re: Just Starting Out w/Mixcraft 8. Some Basic Questions
No need to apologize, we all started off at some point and had a million questions at some point just like you. There may be someone just like you out there wondering the same thing but afraid to ask, communities like this are great for that :) 1. Personally speaking I wouldn't use the Mackie as an ...
