Re: buffer rate
I have it in 10.5 If you go to effects, look for Shred Also check the plugin manager. It may be part of the legacy bundle since it is 32 bit HPHarley, Also, your buffer setting is at 560. Shouldn't be a problem, but try setting it to a power of 2 number. I'm not 100% sure but if the value doesn't al...

Re: Ezmix 3 opinions?
Hi, Have you used iZotope Ozone 9 or 10 or Nectar or Neutron? Do you know how they compare to Ezmix 3? The iZotope Mastering Essentials that comes with Mixcraft has a couple of decent starting points for mastering even though it is quite old. It can get you quickly in a ballpark of where you might w...

Re: Over dubbing on clips
Hello, My impression of the performance panel is that it isn't as much of a "record and perform" as you go sorta thing, but more of a make new arrangements on the fly of prerecorded sequences and phrases. You can of course delete existing phrases in cells on the fly live and rerecord them,...

Re: buffer rate
I'm learning as i go along and I find with only a couple of tracks recording using ir's and sims i'm at 11.6ms buffer rate with still some puff and crackles. What amp sims are you using? 11.6ms would seem like a buffer sample size of around 512 or a little bit more. Are you using ASIO? I can get aw...

Hi,
tested Output Bus keeping output port selections after saving, closing and reopening. It works!
tested whether the MIDI input devices selected in preferences were the ONLY available devices when arming a track. Works as expected.

Re: midi cc automation is less detailed (down sampled?) after recording stops
Hello, It seems to do a linear average between recorded points and will add a new point if the difference is enough of a delta. I'd be hard-pressed to find an audible difference in the straight line vs the multiple points from the original recording along almost a straight a line. But that doesn't m...

Re: Pneuma sequencer record
That's what I mean
You can record the audio on a separate track but only the MIDI note you play would be recorded on the track and then the sequencer would play it.

Re: Adding New Mix Bus to A/B Levels and Effects
Hi, Not sure exactly what you are talking about because there aren't separate mixes per se that can be A/B compared within the same project. Meaning, for example you can't necessarily have the bass track in a mix at -3dB and then compare it to a mix with a Bass at -6dB without adjusting the fader on...

Re: Riffer and Mixcraft
Hi JCFAX81,
Try adding a clip to the riffer track. Can be empty or have a note in it. Then try hitting play on the transport.

Re: Riffer and Mixcraft
... but when I press play I get no sound and riffer doesn’t start. Hi, If there are no MIDI notes or clips on the riffer track, I don't think hitting play on the Mixcraft transport is going to make any sound. I believe there has to be a MIDI trigger on the track in a clip. The Arpeggiator needs to ...

Re: Tempo Glitch
Hi, This happens sometimes I can't recall the exact circumstances but it has to do with the tempo changes affecting the Master Track Tempo automation. From what I recall, it's not so much a bug as a function. It's easy to correct if it happens. Open the Master track, find the automation line, choose...

Re: Pneuma sequencer record
I know this thread is a bit old but in case you peek in from time to time: The synthesizer itself doesn't seem to output its MIDI events generated from the arpeggiator or the sequencer. If you record on the track, it will only record the single note or chord you hit directly. Upon playback, it will ...

Re: RE: Recording MIDI from Ample Sound guitars
Hi, On older versions of Ampleguitar, there used to be a dial on the main page that read "Start." You would adjust this to account for the time it would take a string to get vibrating in the DAW. This was generally used for live playing but I found it affected playback in the DAW as well. ...

Re: RE: Recording MIDI from Ample Sound guitars
Bumping again to see if there are any plans for this to be a feature yet (also since this thread is 4 years old hoping there is a way to fix this by now)? Amplesound does provide a formula if the DAW doesn't provide but it is MUCH easier if the DAW supports track delay (as multiple other DAWs do). ...
