I thought that was built into MC? It doesn't always get it right, but that's where you get to use your ears to detect and correct the difference. Nice Job on the update, Liquid Rhythm is now able to loop, except it always misses the first beat. It makes it tough to work, but I just drag midi "clips" into MC anyway for final editing. At least I can use it now with MC.

Your best bet would be to create a new users style in BIAB, then you can just drag and drop your arrangement into MC when you're done playing with the progression. You will have to click on the left where is says "instruments" then drag and drop one of the selected instruments on the right side above the keyboard. hth

Have you used it before, because at first I didn't realize that you had to drop the instrument into the slot on the right in order to play them?

If you're talking about the full player, then I'm sure that needs to phone home in order to be activated. I have no problems with using Kontakt or Reaktor with MC8.

I know I'm a little late, but my first thought was the "cue" setting. It throws me off sometimes when working with the performance grid, but it sounds like you may have a different problem.

That's what it sounds like to me, and no pun intended. That is the only time that I've seen MC do that is when something is wrong with my sound setup. I bet somehow your settings got changed somewhere, or perhaps your audio drivers could be having issues with the windows/MC updates.

The market is now less crowded, and having a shiny new interface don't mean diddly if the underlying engine can't cut it. Sounds like a possible config app done by the community, you know that way they can stay focused on the real problems ... not that eye candy is not important, but you'll probably get better results from the community in building it.
