Ok, I did this and it still cuts off at the end. Any suggestions? I can notice it cutting off during the track too, not just at the very end.

Yo Eric. I tried the stuff you suggested and for the double snare "flange" thing, it didn't work. So I went ahead and recorded two snare shots and made my own, saved the file and used it in the program. Works nice.
