Hi:
Thanks for this information, but I don't qualify for that - bummer. I bought my version about a little over a year ago, so I'll have to wait a bit.

Copy your files somewhere before M5
Hi: I downloaded and installed the new Mixcraft version, but for some reason, it made my old music files disappear very weirdly. I could still see the files from Mixcraft 4, but at the command prompt, I couldn't even by using the attrib command. I had to open each up in M4, and then save to a flash ...

Hi: I'm not familiar with the type of music you mentioned - but for actual possible jungle sounds, if you want to try to record some bird type noises, there is a bird call from the Audobon society that is basically a metal piece that is twisted against an outer wooden piece that makes bird-like soun...

Recorded sound to midi?
Hi:
I'm just curious if there is way to convert a audio snip in wave form to a midi type - I'd like to be able to do that. TIA for any info.

Virtual instruments and making harmonies
Hi: I am just dabbling with MixCraft, but having a blast. I am trying to make my own music, and when I get a melody I sort of like, and try to make harmony tracks, so far, I've been taking a screen shot of the melody loop, and putting into Ms Paint, so I can see it better when I try to make the harm...

Tunes
Hi: I basically got this software just to try to make some possible tunes to put on my Ipod for walking at a good pace. I must say, this has to be one of the coolest things I have ever seen! I've posted two videos on youtube, and right now I am having so much fun coming up with virtual instrumentati...
