I should have also asked about sound device and driver, settings, etc. IE: ASIO, Core Audio.....
I have used Core Audio for the fact that I'm on the go and I do everything on the laptop, to listen back to audio being played and referencing while working in MC. I will try ASIo and see if it happens but like I said, it doesn't occur every time.

Do you mean "Acoustica expanded instruments"?
Yes

As a test, I would suggest trying some different settings to see if the problem persists. For example, 48k 24bit.
You have a Pitch Wheel command in the MIDI clip. Look at it on the piano roll, then change Velocity to Pitch Wheel, and right-click in the area below the notes to "Delete All Controllers."

Hi Greg,
Thank you...you are joking...how did I do that?
That's amazing. It's a good thing i sent the project.
How do you figure that happened though?
This is interesting ...thanks again...

Will check that tomorrow when I get home.

Hi,
If you imported the MIDI clip from somewhere else, it's common for there to be all sorts of CC messages, but if you created the MIDI clip yourself, maybe you accidentally chose Pitch Wheel and then clicked in the controller area? It's hard to say.

Hi Greg,
Would have to be because I create my own music. The choosing the pitch wheel then clicking in the controller is baffling for me cause I think that would be more intentional...beats me.
