Getting sound from Pianissimo through keyboard's speakers?

Post by Stjamesg8 »

I've been reading some forum posts and one Pianissimo user said you can run sound back into your keyboard's amp and onboard speakers. Not that it'd sound great, but just curious. Seems like the keyboard would need a line-in jack and run a connection from the computer's audio out?

Hi,

Yes, and then you can just select line out or whatever as the playback device in Pianissimo's preferences.

Thanks, Greg. Too bad neither of my keyboards have line-out. :(

What Greg means is selecting line-out as the playback device for the computer/pianissimo, then plug a cable from the computers line out, to the keyboards line in.

Right. That was my mistake. I meant to type "line-IN". Both keyboards have line-out....not line-in. Brain fart.
