Hello, I purchased Mixcraft 6 Pro Studio March last year and just this month it did the same for me. Pianissimo says that the trial is over. Is it possible for me to get a code?

I submitted a ticket but I kept getting error. Also, I can't seem to login on that page either.

Your support request should have gone through despite that error message, but if you haven't had a reply from customer service yet, try submitting another Acoustica Support Request.

I submitted an Acoustica Support Request but I got the reply it should just work, since it is included in the Pro Studio 7 edition. But that doesn't seem to make it go away.
It keeps popping up no matter how many times I reinstall the software and allthough Mixcraft is registered (at it showes) the pianissimo 'trail has ended' message keeps popping op..

I'm quite desparate what to do since I have some important projects to finish. Is there any way I can get a special pianissimo code for my registered Mixcraft Pro Studio 7? Or that there is an alternative solution to this 'bug'?
