Hi, I have been given a Novation Zero SL MKII controller and wondered if it will work well with Mixcraft 8? It has a Automap feature but I know that Mixcraft isn't one of the officially supported DAWs so would I have to MIDI learn all the functions?
I want to use it mostly to control the mixer and transport controls to enable playback, skipping forward and back and starting/stopping recording.
Thanks for any help.

Hi,
We don't have support for the automatic Novation mapping, but you can put the controller into MIDI mode and then use Mixcraft's MIDI Learn option to map the controls.
Further mapping is available under Mix menu > MIDI Control Surface.
