Any AMD Ryzen users out there using Mixcraft?
Considering it for a future build but not if Mixcraft has issues.
Thanks!

Hi,
No issues that we know of. Generally, it's not the CPU that causes problems (unless it's an old, slow CPU), it's the audio drivers, and in a few cases, even the graphics drivers. New fast multi-core CPUs are a good thing.

Sounds great Greg! New build starts this weekend. I'll post how things go when I finish

I dunno. The PC itself runs really well with the new cpu/ram/mobo and Mixcraft
runs really nice. But M8 locks up at least once or twice every time I use it. The worst is when I simply exit out of the program, it just hangs and I have to crash it.
Hopefully I can figure it out. Never had the issue with my i5 set up.

Hi,
That likely doesn't have anything to do with your computer's chipset. The next time you run into that problem, quit Mixcraft and send us your mixcraft-log.txt file.
To find the mixcraft-log file, highlight the following line and press Ctrl+C to copy it:
Press the Windows Key+R to pop up the Run box in Windows. Click in the Run box and press Ctrl+V to paste in the line from above. Finally, click OK to go to the location of the mixcraft-log.txt file.
Submit an Acoustica Support Request and attach the log file along with a brief description of the problem.

Thanks boss. Sent it off. I am suspecting an issue with my VST's. We'll see. Thank you much!

So it hasn't crashed or hung in a bit. What I did was clean up my VST folders. I looked thru the log and one of my folder was a folder too high in the tree, if that makes sense. I should have linked it into a deeper sub folder. Once I did that I think the engine had an easier time with the plug-ins.
Let ya know if anything changes.
