Crossgrade approval delay?

Is anyone aware of a delay in the crossgrade approval process? I submitted the information for it 3 days ago and haven't heard anything yet. My trial will be up soon and I don't want a laps in service.

They are usually pretty prompt in my experience, but it is a small staff and sometimes they do take a break.....

The problem lately has been our emails not being delivered. Particularly with the following providers.
Anything microsoft (live, msn, hotmail, outlook)
aol
Comcast
icloud
yahoo

Windows 10 1709 wants to block everything it seems. Always good to check your email's Junk/Spam folder too.

Yes, and it's usually at the server level though. Like you would need to log into outlook.com with a browser and set up a rule to allow acoustica.com
