Not with the included Melodyne Essentials, no.

Higher end versions maybe. And there are some other audio software titles that claim to be able to do this sort of editing. I have no experience with that.

If it's recorded on its own track, yes. I've not tried harmonica, but a flute works - same principle..

Hi Trevor,
Are you using the Editor version of Melodyne for that?

You can try splitting the harmonica from the song with Spleeter. It's free but no longer being developed. https://makenweb.com/#spleetergui

You can also try a trial of Regroover Pro. It will split the track into stems and you can route them to their own track with Pro Studio. You can also use EQ, Compression and have other tools available in Pro.

Regroover PRO is also on sale for $99. If you end up liking it, but it's too much, Regroover Essential is on sale for $9.99 right now. It removes some functionality. Use the code FORUM for a 10% off.

Hi
RX8 music rebalance will take out Percussion & bass & use of eq makes a good attempt but cannot completely isolate the piano & strings. A lot of intricate changes in Melodyne studio gets very near to an almost useable harmonica track but too long a process IMO.

Happy holidays to all, keep your distance & keep safe. :|
