I can’t Purchase Mixcraft 10

I’ve been waiting so long to finally finish up my projects that Mixcraft 9 wouldn’t allow me to do because of bugs and crashes. Now that the 10 is here and I’m excited! When i go to purchase it keep giving me this error message to contact my card issuer and I have money in my account. I tried using PayPal and same message. Is anyone else having a problem downloading the 10 Pro Studio??

I purchased my copy in the early hours of this morning and installed without any problems? (In UK)

I just grabbed the first card to hand. Think it was my Visa. Went through first time, no problems.

What problem are you having? Sometimes it helps clearing your cache.

Paypal approves the purchase but when then seek to confirm the purchase with Acoustica, it just errors and says I need to contact my card provider.
I have come across something similar a couple of times some years ago and on those occasions it was something to do with the seller website not receiving a confirmation token from Paypal.
I would prefer to use Paypal as my card provider charges a fee for dollar transactions.

Thanks Greg, I did log a support call a few hours ago so am waiting until I get a reply.
I guess I will not be getting my hands on version 10 today.

I’ve tried both PayPal and Debit Card, i got the same error message.
