Hi.
In Prefs, go to 'Display' and check the option 'Display volume as - Decibels'.
Sorry, didn't read properly - can't delete

Re: phase
Hi, thanks, trying to post a pic but can't do it.
That was already checked. The usual wave form is kinda squiggly, the transient hit and decay all on the center line.
I'm trying to make it show PEAKS and VALLEYS, where there's pointy signal/peaks and valleys...above and below the line??
I have two drum tracks; I'm trying to see if they're in phase??
Appreciate you. J

Re: phase
Have you checked the sound tab? You can change phase on one or either track there and should be able to detect any marked difference.

Re: phase
You can "zoom all the way in" and "enlarge" the track and it helps, but I suspect what you really seek is the ability to zoom in to "sample level" which is a feature that Mixcraft does not support unfortunately.
I find it an oddly overdue oversight at this point.
And it's been a feature request for many versions.

Hi,
There's no option to change the wave form to just show peaks and valleys, aside from the peaks and valleys the waveforms display right now. Increasing the track height can help you see more details in the waveform, particularly if the recording volume was low.

Hi,
There's currently no option to display the waveform that way, but thank you for the suggestion!
