This is just a minor thing but it's annoying my OCD need to have everything clean
I often write or play MIDI tracks and then as I work on the final arrangement, I may cut measure out of a section or cut & paste a section somewhere else.
It all works and sounds great in Mixcraft, but when I sometimes go back to look or edit MIDI - I see the notes from the sections I cut out. (see pic if that doesn't make sense).
I can understand if I've just shortened the MIdi clip to start later (which I do sometimes), but if I cut a section out of a bigger MIDI clip, I'm surprised to still see the notes from the original long clip. Is this by design? Or is there a way to have Mixcraft not do this?
Like I said, a minor thing, but just wondering.

HI,
You could select the cut section and press Ctrl+W to mix to a new clip.
