CD Labels DO NOT align with Maxwell compatible labels or Staples brand

Hello. I was wondering why none of the prints I do are lining up with the labels I have. One set of labels are from a company called Proline. They're supposed to be Maxwell compatible. The other brand I have is Staples, and even that doesn't line up with the Staples preset. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Which Proline labels do you have? Which Maxell labels are they supposed to be compatible with?

Which Stapes labels do you have? What did you select in the Paper Type setting?
