You mean a harmonizer? Look around the net for harmonizer vst or harmony vst.

Hopefully, it would give you a good haircut that did not look like the hair cuts my dad gave us when we were kids.

That can be accomplished with a harmonizer used over multiple tracks, or there's that weird "sing it" way
