Mixcraft 4.5 help

I just updated my mixcraft 4 to 4.5 and lost all my recordings that i had saved to 4. Is there a way to get them back???

Mixcraft 4.5 doesn't erase any recordings or change anything about the project file. Chances are you've just misplaced the recordings. Where are you looking for them?

Well i go to open my projects in mixcraft and the projects i had before are now gone. I go to my recordings and its stuff a recorded just all named like track one so its all scrambled.
