Hi,
In ACID when you drag a loop to extend it, it snaps neatly to the end of the loop. I am trying out Mixcraft but am finding it very fiddly to get the loops to end where I want because the resolution is so fine. Is there a way to make it snap to a line or even change the view so that there are vertical lines on the display?
Many thanks, Art (not Grafunkel)

Not the answer you were expecting but I tend to trust my ears more than I do my eyes or even my software.
But this is entirely dependent on the ends to which I use Mixcraft.
"Live" musicians tend to let the tempo of their music drift within a performance.
Even the best of drummers/percussionists cannot hold a rock-steady cadence from beginning to end.
This renders a pre-set tempo grid pretty much useless without a lot of adjustments and resetting thru the track.
On the other hand, it's evident that a track having its tempo rigidly computer-generated would gain from such a feature due to it's constant tempo thru-out the performance.
